Starting Sept 16 we will be doing a small group class for those interested in learning how to use Muscle Phasing to work on friends and family. The class will be led by Jon Thompson and I, and it will be 10 weeks long, one day per week from 7-9 on Monday nights in the lower level of the new Muscle Smith LLC location.
